Recipe Ingredients
(Serves 1)
- 1/4 cup (35g) NESTLÉ Dark Melts melted
- 2 tsp NESCAFÉ Espresso Coffee
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
- 1 tbsp hot water
- 1 cup (250mL) milk
- crushed ice
- Whipped cream to serve
How to make
1. Spread NESTLE Dark Melts on a sheet of baking paper to 3mm thick. Allow to set then cut out shapes using a biscuit or shaped cutter.
2. Dissolve NESCAFE Espresso coffee and sugar in hot water.
3. Combine in a shaker or blender with the milk and ice. Pour into a glass.
4. Top with cream and chocolate shapes.
