Recipe Ingredients
(Serves 16)
- 375 g pkt mixed dried fruit
- 100 g chopped glace fruits, eg.pineapple, cherries or apricots
- 1/4 cup NESTLÉ Dark CHOC BITS
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1/4 cup NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 eggs
How to make
1. Preheat oven to 160°C. Line an 18cm x 28cm lamington tin with baking paper.
2. Combine mixed dried fruit, glace fruit, NESTLE Dark CHOC BITS, almonds and flour in a large bowl.
3. Combine NESTLE Sweetened Condensed Milk and eggs, add to fruit and mix well.
4. Press mixture into prepared tin then bake for 30 – 35 minutes until light golden.
5. Cool in tin before turning out. Cut into squares or fingers to serve.
