Recipe Ingredients
(Serves 4)
- 1 1/2 cups (375mL) chicken stock
- 11/2 cups (300g) couscous
- 1 red capsicum, finely diced
- 1/2 cup (80g) corn kernels
- 200 g cooked skinless chicken, shredded
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp MAGGI Sweet Chilli Sauce
How to make
1. Place chicken stock in a medium saucepan and bring to the boil.
2. Using a fork, stir in couscous, capsicum, corn, chicken, parsley and MAGGI Sweet Chilli Sauce; remove from heat, cover and stand for 5 minutes.
3. Fluff up with the fork and serve.
Tip/Hint
This is a great way to use up leftover chicken or use a barbecue chicken.
