Fruit and Nut Bake

Tropical Fruit and Nut Slice

Recipe Ingredients

(Serves 20)
  • 250 g plain sweet biscuits
  • 150 g butter, melted
  • 2 cups chopped dried fruit- apricot, pineapple
  • 200 g  Dark Cooking Chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 1/2 cup flaked almonds
  • 3/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 395 g can NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk

How to make

1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a 23cm x 32cm swiss roll tin with baking paper.
2. Combine biscuit crumbs and butter and press into the base of the prepared tin.
3. Top with dried fruit,  Dark Cooking Chocolate, almonds and coconut. Pour over NESTLE Sweetened Condensed Milk.
4. Bake 40 minutes until golden.
5. Cool in tin before cutting into slices or squares to serve.
