This is amazingly refreshing Spiced tea.

Ingredients:
- 1.5 tsp lose tea leaves
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 1/3 tsp cardamom
- 1/3 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of nutmeg powder
- a pinch of ground clove
- handful mint leaves (optional)2 tsp honey or sugar as per taste
- 1/3 cup water
- 3/4 cup milk
Directions:
- Get water to a boil and add all spices
- After a min add the milk and honey/sugar as well and stir it well.
- With constant attention keep it on for 4-5 min.
- Strain it and serve hot.
