- Plantain - 1
- Chili powder and Salt - to taste
- Oil - to deep fry (1 cup)
Recipe:
- Remove the skin of Plantain using scrapper.
- Slice the Plantain into thin and round.
- Heat Oil in a pan. Deep fry the Plantain chips till they are crispy and golden yellow.
- Remove them and drain on paper towels.
- Sprinkle Chili powder and Salt over the chips and serve.
