Sweet Fritters....Gulgule

Mithe Pakode (GulGulle)

  1. Wheat Flour (Atta) 250 gms

  2. Sugar 100 gms

  3. Water 1 Cup

  4. Fennel (Saunf) 1/2 tsp

  5. Oil To fry

  6. Curd/Yogurt 2 tsp

  1. Mix sugar in water in a bowl till it melts.

  2. Now add wheat flour and curd. Mix it well.

  3. Keep on mixing it for about 5 minute, to make fluffy and soft gulgulle.

  4. Heat oil in a pan.

  5. Put 1 tsp of prepared mixture and put it in the hot oil, flip it after 1 minute. Cook till it become golden brown form both the sides.

  6. Serve hot.
