Broccoli- ½ Piece
Green Chili- 1
Cumin Seeds- 1 Tsp
Refined Oil- 2 Tsp
Boiled Potatoes- 2
Salt- To Taste
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds.
Now add chopped onion and fry till it become light pink in color.
Add chopped broccoli (big pieces) in fried onions, and cook for about 5 minutes.
Now add boiled potatoes & chopped tomatoes in broccoli. Mix well.
Now add tofu chopped pieces and salt. Mix well.
Cover the pan for about 5 minutes and let it cook on low flame.
