Broccoli Aloo/Potato

Broccoli Aloo & Tofu Sabzi


  1. Broccoli ½ Piece


  2. Tomato 1


  3. Onion 1


  4. Green Chili 1


  5. Cumin Seeds 1 Tsp


  6. Refined Oil 2 Tsp


  7. Tofu 10


  8. Boiled Potatoes 2


  9. Salt To Taste




  • Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds.


  • Now add chopped onion and fry till it become light pink in color.


  • Add chopped broccoli (big pieces) in fried onions, and cook for about 5 minutes.


  • Now add boiled potatoes & chopped tomatoes in broccoli. Mix well.


  • Now add tofu chopped pieces and salt. Mix well.


  • Cover the pan for about 5 minutes and let it cook on low flame.


  • Ready to serve.
