Ingredients: 1 chicken breast, cut into cubes 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 small red bell pepper, cut into squares 1/2 tsp hoisin sauce 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce cooking oil | Preparation: 1. Heat a wok with some oil. Then add garlic, when the garlic starts to turn brown, add the bell peppers. Stir-fry for about a minute. 2. Add the chicken, stir-fry until the chicken changes color. Then add the hoisin, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes. Then transfer to a serving plate. Below is the link to my blog entry about this recipe: |
