Brazilian potato salad Ingredients
4 large potatoes
1 medium onion
A handful of peas
a medium carrot
2 boiled eggs
A handful of corn (optional)
A tablespoonful vinegar
salt
pepper
Mayonnaise
Boil the carrot first with peeling.
After three minutes put in the same skillet potatoes.
Otherwise katsarolitsa add peas, corn and eggs to boil them.
After all the materials cool our mince (excluding potatoes) are the biggest cut in pieces.
Place all materials in our Salad Bowls and put the vinegar, salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
The mix all very well and put the salad in our fridge for 20 minutes.
