2 tbsp. thinly sliced green onions
1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place fillo shells on a baking sheet and crisp in the oven for 2 to 4 minutes; let cool. Stir together remaining ingredients and spoon into shells.
Make-ahead tip: Filling may be made ahead and refrigerated until ready to use. Fillo shells may be crisped ahead of time and filled just before serving.
