Mini Idly Manchurian


COCKTAIL IDLI MANCHURIAN

2 tablespoons oil 
1 small onion finely chopped 
teaspoon chopped ginger 
1 tablespoon chopped garlic 
2 green chillies finely chopped 
3 teaspoons soy sauce 
1 teaspoon vinegar 
3 tablespoons or more tomato ketchup to taste 
Salt to taste 
1 teaspoon cornflour mixed in 
150ml of water 
20 cocktail idlis 
Chopped coriander or chopped green onion for garnishing 

METHOD 

1 Heat oil in a pan and add onion. Fry until golden brown. 

Add chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies and saute for a few seconds. 

3 Add soy sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup and salt. Mix well. 

4 Add cornflour and bring it to a boil. 

5 Add the cocktail idlis and mix so as to coat them well with the sauce.
