Mango Smoothie

Batido de Mango (Mango Smoothie) Recipe
YIELD: 4 servings (serving size: 3/4 cup)


Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped peeled mango
  • 1 1/2 cups fat-free milk
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Preparation
  • Place all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Serve over ice
